If so, you could write one that takes the Record ID as a parameter, then create a secondary (receive) data connection in your form to the stored procedure. You can then, in code, modify the command for the secondary data source to pass in your parameter. Here are a couple blog posts that may help you:

I'm very newbie to InfoPath.

I've designed a custom coding InfoPath form for my client. The form works great.

Now, the client decided to import over 1000 of their existing MS-Access records to the new form I've created & store each record on SharePoint.

They want to be able to have a button where they can click on it & it'll do the submit of the record to SharePoint at the same time it'll also delete the submitted record from their existing MS-Access record.

Any idea how I can do this?

I've created a drop-down list to pull the MS-Access records & it'll auto fill the required fields in the form.

I've also created a custom button to submit the record to SharePoint, but I don't how to code the delete MS-Access record on the same button.

My client is using WSS3.0

Please help me, & if you have any question please feel free to let me know by email me at jinh@globaledgesys.com

Thank you very much in advance!
