This template.xml is where the href comes from. You can modify the href for the template.xml, run the tool again, and the resulting xmls will contain the new href.

Please let us know if you run into issues when trying this.
I recently purchased Qdabra Excel to InfoPath tool to migrate existing Access Database to SharePoint InfoPath forms.

I have a working InfoPath form template that I have published in my SharePoint and was able to generate XML files using the Qdabra tool based on it (using a mapping file), however when I upload the XML files generated by the tool they don't to work in SharePoint forms library, as the header of the XML generated by your tool doesn't seem to be correct (compared to a working form generated from SharePoint). I have attached my mapping file.

Here is a working header:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<?mso-infoPathSolution name="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:AppRegister:-myXSD-2010-11-05T08-10-59" solutionVersion="1.0.0.111" productVersion="12.0.0.0" PIVersion="1.0.0.0" href="http://mysharepoint/Forms/template.xsn"?>
<?mso-application progid="InfoPath.Document" versionProgid="InfoPath.Document.2"?>
<my:myFields xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dfs="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/dataFormSolution" xmlns:tns="http://sharepoint/" xmlns:soapenc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:http="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http/" xmlns:tm="http://microsoft.com/wsdl/mime/textMatching/" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" xmlns:mime="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/mime/" xmlns:soap12="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap12/" xmlns:wsdl="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/" xmlns:my="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2010-11-05T08:10:59" xmlns:xd="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003" xml:lang="en-AU">

And here is a header generated by the Qdabra Excel to InfoPath tool:
