Then, on the repeating group, you could have a rule that sets the data for that group to the start date to the date you need - you can use a count of preceding sibling to figure out which instance you are on.

Inserting rows with individual dates from date1 to date2

I am using SharePoint 2010 and InfoPath 2010. I have q-rules.

My users want to regsiter courses on a calendar in our system.

I am prompting the user for information about the course, title/cost/start date/end date/Number of days etc

The course may have non consecutive days e.g. the course may start on 1 jan and end on 1 march, but actually only be 3 days - 1 per month.

As well as having course details (1 per course). I was proposing having 1->many repeating group which would hold each day of the course

So in my example above I would like the user to be able to create 3 dates

But if the course started on 1 Jan and ended on 3rd jan and the course was 3 days, I would like to have the form automatically create the 3 dates for them.

I can use the q-rules DateDiff to compare the number of days between start/end dates with the number of days of the course....

But don't know how to do the inserts without having code to handle the looping.

Is that feasible without code or should I just expect them to do it manually?

I hope this makes sense.

Thank you
