Yes, this is easy if you create a link in your list to the InfoPath and append an input parameter based on the selected date. For example: http://site/libary/form.xsn?Day=20130811 could be used. Then, when your form opens you have a rule that gets the input parameter and automatically fills in the date.

Check out my webinar from July 11th for two ways to do this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVK-PDmcqRU&list=PL581899A129522F53

Days/dates of the current week list to populate a form

Can someone tell me if there is a demo for something i am trying to do, or something similar.

Here is what i am trying to do.

1. I want to populate a sharepoint list with days of the current week.
2. Within the list, i want a link that when clicked will open an infopath form.
3. The form will open with the date already populated (from what was selected in the list).

Sounds simple enough??

Any demos or people done something similar?

Thanks.
