I have a repeating table of contact information, which is read from one source and added to the main data source. I then want users to be able to add a relationship level for themselves to the contacts. A drop-down on each row gives the relationship levels, and a button executes the Submit action

The action works, and the relationship to the contact is added, but all other contacts are added at the same time, but without relationships.

What I'm looking for is a way to focus the SubmitToSharePointList action to only the row that the relationship level has been set for. Is there a way to do this?
