(Screenshot attached.) Perhaps this enables SharePoint to treat this like a lookup column? I haven't tried myself, but it might be worth trying it out. Let us know whether it works!

qRules Termsets & displaying columns in SharePoint

Hi all,

I am able to successfully retrieve managed metadata terms and save them to my form. However, when adding the column to the SharePoint list (so it displays on the site), the Term ID is displayed, rather than the friendly display name.

Is there any easy way of displaying the friendly name of the term, rather than the ID, when adding the column to your forms library? The only workaround I've thought of is to create a hidden variable in the form that stores the friendly name, and choose to add that one to the list instead.

Thanks!

Phil
