The warning does not occur with qRules 4.2.

Hi - yes, this reproduces on our servers. Can you inject a new form with qRules and admin approve it and see if the issue reproduces with a new form?

I have an InfoPath 2010 form with qRules 4.1 injected hosted in a SharePoint 2010 form library. The form has been configured to be web enabled, full trust, and uploaded through Central Administration as an administrator approved form.

When I go to the library and select Add document, on the first rendering of the form I get the warning:

Warning
There has been an error while processing the form.
Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.

An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.

After clearing the error the form renders and mostly works. I am addressing other issues that may or may not be related separately.

The error only occurs on first rendering of the form. The error reoccurs after the application pools are recycled (nightly).

The form file size is larger than what is allowed to attach to forum posts.
