I currently have the user 'save' or 'submit' the form, which triggers a workflow, which uses 'update list' to update the appropriate list(s). Why should I use Submit to SharePoint list over the method I'm currently using? The process to use the Submit to SharePoint List looks like a bit of work and learning curve so I only want to tackle it if there are some obvious benefits.

Thanks,
