The Command field doesn't care if you use field values, or formulas or what-have-you, as long as it can make sense of the text. For testing purposes, you can set another field in your form to the same thing as you are trying to set the Command field (or use a dialog box) so you can see what your result is.

This means any Command can be either typed into the Value field in the rule dialog, or can be created using a concat formula to allow you to pass in values from the form, or ... do some math ... or whatever you need to be able to tell the Command.

Re: Name File using SaveToSharePoint command

Excellent, that worked!

Re: Name File using SaveToSharePoint command

Absolutely. You are probably currently just setting the value of the Command field like this:

SaveToSharePoint /url= .... etc

But instead, click the fx button and use a formula:

concat("SaveToSharePoint /url= ... etc /name=", pickYourFieldWithTheFieldPicker)

So the string passed to the Command field will include your field value for the name parameter. Does that make sense?
