1.) i dont see any issues with the load of data when the form is opened up.

2.) my control uses uses the FilterOswwr qRule. So the PostSettings is set to "Only when necessary for correct rendering of the form (recommended)". I think maybe i should change this to Always? I worked with your guys in the past on this particular one, and we set it to this.

 LMK what u think......

I think it should since the upgrade shouldn't affect the GUIDs.

(2) When any qRules command does not fire, the first thing I check is the Postback setting on the control. (3) I also check if the Error/Success/Result nodes are returning anything.

If the form is still saved as an InfoPath 2007 form, then you don't want to inject it with the qRules 2010 DLL. You would need to change both: change the form to be a 2010 form and also reinject it with the qRules 2010 DLL. But before doing that, I would check the three things I mentioned above.

Let us know where the investigation takes you. Thanks.

2010 Upgrade qRules Followup question

Recently sent a post regarding our upgrade from 2007 to 2010 and if i needed to re-inject for 2010. I am using Infopath 2007 still as we have not upgraded to Office 2010. I am noticing that rules that used to work, dont seem to work anymore (FilterOwssvr). I had to make a modification to the XML file:

http://wssdas.intranet.dow.com/rsga/qau/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?Cmd=Display&List={D547833E-6E44-442E-99DC-1D2A3F5C5AF4}&View={04E09E09-EEDA-4159-AAEE-51E449FB479F}&XMLDATA=TRUE&noredirect=true

I had to add the &noredirect=true per an article i read dealing with issues from 2007-2010. Form submission seems to work great. BUT i noticed, since the upgrade that the Filter does not seem to fire of anymore.

I am wondering, because some of these "rules" don't seem to "fire-off" anymore........... Is this a symptom of the upgrade to 2010? Do i need to go ahead and re-injection in 2010?
