Hello Padraic,

It appears that the trial version you had was newer than the full version you got. We have to update the trial version periodically to update the expiration date, but as there hadn't been any other major changes during that time, the full version hadn't been updated.

I've asked some other members of our team to furnish you with a newer copy and that should fix your issue. You should hopefully be hearing from them shortly.

The version number quoted is 3.3.4227.14639.

Hi,

I just purchased the full product version of qRules v3.3 this morning based on my satisfaction with the trial version and also the wonderful support provided to me by this forum.

I am currently having difficulty migrating from the trial version to the full version. I have followed the instructions in the user guide and ran uninstall.js followed by removing the trial version from the cntrol panel. I then reinstalled the full product, ran the install.js successfully from the command line and then proceeded to reinject the form with the full product. The error message I am receiving is attached.

Can you please advise?
