This isn't something that can be done with the SaveToSharePoint command.... but (in theory at least) should be able to be done with the SubmitToSharePointList command. Here's what it would take:

After using SaveToSharePoint, find a way to get the ID of the item you just saved (depends on the version of SharePoint you are using -- for ShP 2010, try OData services, for ShP 2007, the qRules FilterOwssvr command could probably get that info

Populate a field in your main data source with that ID

Use SubmitToSharePoint list, with the /id parameter taking the XPath to the main data source field mentioned in step 2, and your field mapped to the library metadata column you wish to populate

Now, I'm assuming that when you say "docstore" you mean SharePoint Document Library? The mapping tool that comes with qRules only works with lists, but a mapping could manually be created for the library you want to update (let me know if you'd like some help with that....)

Save to sharepoint - setting additionals field

Thanks to the excellent Video Tutorials, I got the "save to sharepoint" working fine - now there is an additional info I would like to store in the target docstore

In order to filter easier through all the attachments that are uploaded to this saveto docstore, I would love to have a field in this document store populated with a form entry taken from the form.

To give you an example: in the form I have a dropdown that allows a selection for either apples or peaches. I can upload now the file "order form" and additionally, I would like that in the docstore of the orderform, the value of the selection (apples or peaches) is displayed.

The rest of the form will normally be submitted to a different docstore

Thanks for your help
