This is not a very sophisticated example but hopefully will help you understand what I meant. Another option may be the approach outlined here -- using a counter to loop through, but with nesting, that becomes more challenging.

Submitting Info from Nested Tables to Sharepoint List

OK... I had to give up mapping to a single SharePoint List from the nested tables in my Project Plan form... and it was such a good idea, too!

Hilary suggested using a combination of Insert and SetValue to construct a single table in the form that might work for mapping, but I researched and could not find instructions for using Insert from one table to another in the same form. I guess you could roughly use some of the instructions in "Copying SharePoint List Values to Repeating Tables" but where do you get your count parameter? How would you Set the ID?

I read the SetValue stuff, too, but I don't know what to do with it... I cannot really figure out how to draw the info from the three separate tables together into one row in the fourth table.

I am totally lost and pretty disappointed. I am no genius... I admit it!!!

I guess I still don't understand why the IP to SP mapping doesn't work... I am still in complete denial over that!!! HA HA!!!

Could somebody give me some instructions just to get me started? I really really want this to work...
