I have a task list with tasks for a number of meetings - the meeting each task is associated with is identified by a field "Meeting Name". I would like to be able to use a technique similar to the one described in the post here to copy only the tasks for the relevant meeting to the InfoPath form. I would rather not use the technique of copying all the tasks and using conditional formatting to hide the rows that don't pertain to the relevant meeting as this would mean in the long term possibly copying and storing hundreds of tasks in order to display 4-5 relevant ones. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Kevin
