Is that correct?

If so, you can do this with the RefreshSharePointListItems command. Generally, I'd suggest setting this command on the finishedLoading node of the QdabraRules data source -- when finishedLoading is true for the condition. That way, when the user opens the XML, the list items get updated.

Re: Errors occured submitting to list: Invalid Yes/No value A Yes/No field contains invalid data. The problem was the XPath to your attachment field like you said. I think I was the one who was confused. :-) Thank you.

As I read further in the document, it seems that if someone wants to update an existing record in the table, they would have to look up the ID number of the line, then return to the form and use another button to update it. Is that right?

Re: Errors occured submitting to list: Invalid Yes/No value A Yes/No field contains invalid data. It should be either 1 or 0.
I believe you are having issues with your SubmitToSharePointList command because you do not have the correct XPath to your attachment field.
EDIT: Sorry, I didn't really answer your question -- no, you don't need a separate button, the command you are using should submit to the list and save your attachment -- the issue is simply that your xpath is incorrect, I think.

Re: Errors occured submitting to list: Invalid Yes/No value A Yes/No field contains invalid data.
