For the person working the email in accounting, with as few clicks as possible, i was trying to get a link to the saved attachment so they could pull it up straight from the email for viewing. Im not sure i like the way im saving the attachments to a doc lib, its just a big pile of files with no structure. It would be great for the person in account, could go off the info in the emial, and then only click on the links to view the attachments.... Im not sure i fully understand your edited comment...but i'd like to try it.

Re: any way to split a merged string value from a repeating table?

Hi - with repeating data & promoted properties, merge is about the only option that is going to include everything. You could put your attachment field into the repeating table for the other information on the line item, by the way - it isn't clear in the documentation, but your attachment field can be repeating, or can be a field in a repeating group.

I'm little confused about the workflow part?

EDITED TO ADD: Instead of just saving the attachments to a library, you could write the repeating data to its own list, and include the attachments (if the attachments get moved into the repeating group) as list attachments. That would also return the URL to the form for the attachments, and you could run workflow off the list - just another idea, since I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do. :)

any way to split a merged string value from a repeating table?

using qRules trial to save attachments to a separate sharepoint list, but unless you merge the qRulesLink, you only get the first/last/count value of the fields.

There must be a way i can filter the links to separate URL's?

it would even be ok with me if the attachments remained inside the form, but still have the promoted field display the URL to the file once the form saves to the SP Form List (so the workflow could send it out in the email). It would be easier to keep track of which attachments go with each form,
without going back to find the email that was sent out by the workflow.
