    Optional section after submit/email

    Is it possible to add an optional section after a form has been sumbitted to a person via email. This is the scenario:

     A form is opened by an employee who rates them selves in several repeating sections. They then submit/send the form to their manager who open it. I would like the manager to then be able to open the form and click to get a copy of the sections for them to rate - is this possible?

    P.S. Agni I have tried to ring you re your kind offer of help on workflows without using Sharepoint but I have had no success (just in case you read this)

    You just would need to be able to identify the user or worst case use a flag on send, but with ratings you typically want some confidentiality.  Our DBXL includes an AD web service that could accomplish this.

    Then you just hide a section except for the manager or have an Employee view and then a cooresponding manager view to get the functionality you need.
