Hi,

I have created a holiday request form in infopath 2003.  When this form is submitted and eventually approved I want to push the data in the form into an excel spreadsheet located on a users "My Site".

Ingoring the username/"mysite" issues and locating the correct spreadsheet for a particular user (i'll work that out) - is it possible to update an excel spreadsheet with data submitted from infopath?

Yes, you can do it using Excel automation. See
http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0006.htm for an example of Excel
automation that opens a workbook and sets the value of a cell.
