As you mentioned, I followed your instructions and it worked. Now, when I press the "Send" button, the form is saved to the library. Thank you! Besides that, after filling out the form and pressing the submit button, if I reopen the form, change the "Delivery Status" and then press the "Save" button, can we ensure that the form is emailed again?

Do you mean the "save" button from the ribbon? We can't run rules on that. You may need to hide those options from the ribbon in the form's settings, so the user always has to use your "Send" button.

Hello @Hilary-Stoupa, After your last message, I realized that I don’t need the SEND button. When I click the SEND button on the ribbon, the form is saved and the email is sent, which meets my needs. Therefore, could you help me remove the SEND button completely? Also, when a user fills out the form and clicks the SEND button on the ribbon, the form is saved. If they then reopen the saved form from the library, change the Delivery Status, and click the SEND button on the ribbon again, an email needs to be sent to the same recipients due to the status change.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. There is a "send" button on the ribbon? Is this the submit button? Did you move your rules to the Submit rules for the form?

Hello @Hilary-Stoupa, I’ve tried to explain in the attached image.

Ok. So you could move the rules on your "Send" button the form's submit options. Then hide "save" on the ribbon so users have to always use that Submit button on the ribbon. Then your email should always send. Attach your latest form, I can help adjust this.

The form and a couple of screenshots are in the attached ZIP. Hopefully that will help you see what I changed. :)

Thank you, @Hilary-Stoupa. Everything is working as I wanted. Lastly, is it possible to carry out the following process? Is it possible for the subject line of the email received when the form is submitted to change according to the delivery status if there is a change in the delivery status after the form is filled out? Delivered. To Be Delivered. Change Of Delivery.

You could add a rule prior to the send email rule in the Submit Rules to add the shipment information to the subject line. The sample form is setting the subject field based on the selected equipment - but you could add a single rules before sending the email that has a condition to check that the delivery status is not blank, and if it is not, use a concat function to add that delivery status onto the subject. Add that in the attached.

When I tested it, I received a delivery status message that looks like the one in the attachment. Where can I enter the information I want for fields 1, 2, and 3?

Right click each radio button and set the value for the radio button to the value you want to send :)
