Hi all. Thank you in advance. I have a list which has a custom form made in Infopath and for maintenance reasons, it is necessary to migrate this form to another list. The destination list was generated through the Sharepoint template and is identical to the source list, but when the form is loaded, only the native Sharepoint form appears and not the infopath form or its workflows. Please, can you guide me on how I can migrate the form to the new list and, if possible, also the workflows? Please excuse my lack of experience on this topic. Thank you.

I think the only way to do this would be to save the list as a template and then create your new list form the template. In terms of SharePoint Designer workflows I'm not sure if there is an easy way to migrate those or if they just have to be rebuilt.

Hi Hilary, thank your for your answer. Yes, the destination list was created by saving the source list as a template and from there I started, but the form made in infopath was not migrated, is it possible?

Oh dear - I'm sorry, in the past when I've created a template from a list with a customized form, it included the form. It has been a long time since I've done that tho - SharePoint 2013.

I went and looked around on this site to see if I could find any relevant posts and one mentioned that the template has to be used on a different site, not the same one? Not sure if that is relevant in your case?

in my case it generates the new list via template within the same site, could that not help?
