InfoPath Dev

I recently encountered a formatting issue when I open a form in InfoPath designer 2013. The formatting looks unattractive and the size of the objects are smaller in length with some tables/text boxes shrunk plus some text moves to next row. I recently changed laptops which is why I am seeing this issue. I checked with my other colleagues who are using the old laptop and the issue is not present there. I also check my colleague is using version 15.0.4569.1506 whereas I have version 15.0.4753.1001 installed. Not sure if I need to downgrade my version.

I've seen this before. I have to set scaling on my monitor to 100%, log out and back in to fix.

Ahh I see, it works! Thanks Hilary!! I guess I have to remember to change it to 100% and restart my laptop whenever I’m using Infopath designer. Although the text size is now small for other apps but I guess that’s the only way to achieve it.

So - what I do is most of the time just ignore the layout weirdness and leave my scaling alone. Then when I run into something problematic (like I need to add a whole new section or I'm working on a new form or something), I'll reset my scaling. It is a burdensome work around, so I only use it when I absolutely have to :)
