Hi, I am relatively new to infopath. I am trying to make a form for shiftwise Maintenance status message for our company. What I am trying to do is, if i select Morning Shift in the first table, and after i update all the required values, when i click insert item, the next table should automatically return Afternoon Shift. Then after that when i select insert item, then next table should automatically return Night Shift. In a similar way, when i select Current Shift as ‘1’ and total Shifts as 7 in the first table and then insert item, the next table should automatically update current Shift as ‘2’ whereas total shifts will remain same. Is it possible

So you have three different repeating groups in your form? Can you attach a sample where you've set up what you are trying to do? You can attach a file in a reply under the Options tab.
