Cascading Multi-select choice - empty checkboxes

Hi there – I am using a multi-select choice field that is pulling from a very large list. The list is very simple it has heading Title, and then cascades down from there. Now not all the columns have data on every item, as not all items have the full hierarchy. It seems that when you get to the last level of an item, and you check the box, it throws in the blank checkbox of the rest of the columns. Which kind of makes sense. So I tried to hide them using a rule. So in my example below you see my data connection list, and then you see what Infopath is doing with that. Any ideas on how I can hide the empty fields from showing the blank checkboxes? I tried to hide it but I am unable to figure out the logic for that. Thanks much in advance for any ideas on how to solve this. I have yet to find any answer in my searching.

Any chance I can see a copy of your form? You can attach it under the options tab to a reply.

I hope this works, I had to strip out a few views. Thanks so much for any help.

I don't see any multi-selects? Did you maybe remove the view that had the issue? I just want to look at it in design mode, because I'm having trouble understanding your question - it is easier for me to understand when I can see the form. :)
