InfoPath Dev

I have a strange situation with my sharepoint list.  I have a SP list with a customized InfoPath form that has cascading dropdowns.  The form works great but once the form is submitted and I open the sharepoint list the fields that contain the dropdown data has numbers in it instead of the text.  I tried changing the settings in the form from ID and Title but it has no effect any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated 

So - if you are storing the ID, I'd expect to see this if the control was not a dropdown (i.e., you displayed the value in a calculated value or a text box) OR if the query to get the data for the dropdowns was not running when the form was opened. Any chance I can see your template? You can attach it to a reply under the options tab.
