InfoPath Dev

 I have a user that has been granted Contribute access to a list.

This user can edit any record using infopath, view records with infopath, change views, create a new item using the datasheet view: everything except create new item with infopath

When the user clicks New Item system throws an error that the list has not been shared

The problem is not systemic, seems to just the one user. 

Yuck. Well - if possible, maybe have the user log into another machine, so you can at least determine if this has to do with the user or with some setting on their machine?
