I have a web-enabled form that I use a special service to relay data to a SharePoint server.
I'm not doing a Submit to Main Data Connection... and I believe that leaves me in a state where InfoPath thinks it has to prompt the user to save the document.
Is there a way to tell InfoPath that if it's on a certain view...never prompt the user to save when they attempt to close the form?
EDIT: figured out if I make sure the InfoPath toolbar isn't displayed, it can't prompt because you don't have a close button :)
If I only show a Close button on that toolbar, it will prompt for save.
If I disable the Save and Save As options... it will still prompt for save on close
I really would like to tell the form to not ask for the save, regardless.
Maybe I can make a button to close the form...that might quell or hide any prompts to save....
