Reading fields values from one SP list as a lookup and write to a different SP list

Hi everyone, I am working on designing a form which is connected to a SharePoint list. I have created a calculated field that looks up a few fields from on of the lists based on certain condition, which is displayed on my form without any issues. Now, I'd like to use that looked up value and send to a a different SP list when I publish. So, I created a new text fields and added concat calculation to read the lookup value but it won't show/store the value on the form. Any ideas on how to do this? I'd appreciate any tips you can provide. Thanks, Nick.

    Hi Nick,

List forms should always write back fields to the SharePoint list that they are connected to.

What are you seeing in terms of an error?

Where are you setting the concat? Is it a calculated value or a rule?

Does the view include the new field?

If we can get more information, we should be able to resolve this for you. It will work.

    Thanks!
