Hello to all! I am new to the forums and I search for similar issue but was not able to find something. I have created a SharePoint Workflow using SharePoint Workflow 2010 Engine which uses InfoPath forms for the tasks - i.e Task forms are based on InfoPath. Business Case: In the task form, the person completing the task has to enter an Account (this is a Person account) 1. I have added a new field Account in the Content Type for this task in SharePoint. 2. I have opened the InfoPath task form with the InfoPath designer and added the field Account to the form - i.e it is connected to the Account field in SharePoint. Problem: When I enter an Account and complete the task, the value does not get saved in the SharePoint list. Any help is much appreciated!

 If it were a regular InfoPath form, I'd guess that the field wasn't a main data source field - sometimes I see people expect IP to save data in secondary data sources. But since it is in a task form, it sounds like you've taken the right steps here.
