Switching forms based on value from a dropdown box

The company has about 85 customers. I have a form with about 13 views. If I create a form for every customer, and populate all the views, how hard would it be to switch forms based on a value in a dropdown box-specifically Company Name? Code would be gratefully appreciated!!!

    Hi

Are you happy for your users to click a button to login?

No, there will be no login button, if that's what you are asking. This form will be on a SharePoint site.

    Hi Lisa,
It's very easy to do this. For a small fee we can review your form and add the dropdown box for Company Name. I am a little concerned about the size of your form since you said it had 13 views. It might be easier to use conditional visibility to show and hide sections instead of just creating new views. Anyway, if you would like us to take a quick look, please Submit a Project Inquiry. There is a link on the About Us page.

    Patrick,
I can add the dropdown box myself, it's switching forms that I need help with. I need to learn this myself, not have someone else do it. Thanks for the offer though.
