Access denied try to inject rules

After entering the url to the template file on the Office 365 SharePoint 2013 server and clicking on Inject I get the following error:

    Failed to extract template files:
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Qdabra Software\Qdabra Rules Library (Trial Version)\CabLib64.dll.delayload' is denied.

It appears Qdabra requires addition access rights to its software? If I try logging in as a network administrator I can't locate the template file, which I guess is because the network admin username I use is not registered as a user in Office 365.

This error is usually seen when qRules is not installed as admin. Right click the QdabraRules.exe injector from C:\Program Files (x86)\Qdabra Software\Qdabra Rules Library (Trial Version) and select run as admin.

You won't be able to inject the template in its published location - you'll need to save it locally first.
