    Hi,

     I would like to have a Dialog/Message box pop-up when a user enters a field, but before they enter any information.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but if you mean to show a dialog (pop up) message when the cursor changes focus to a specific field, then you will most likely need custom code to achieve this. There's nothing out of the box in InfoPath to achieve this, sorry!
