Hi ..
i had a question. Let's say i have a form in which i want a unique field his form would finally be connected to a sharepoint library... this field would be a read only field. if i wanted to generate a sequential unique number in this field for every form..... is there a method to do so?????

Hello nupur!

I think the easiest way to do this would be to promote the unique ID to the SharePoint library and then establish a data connection to the form library in the form. Once you have this, find the highest number in the list, increment by 1 and there you have it!
