Submitting form data to Sharepoint List

Several months ago I created a form to collect data and post to a sharepoint list using the CAML method and submitting via a web service. I found several tutorials on this and started mocking up my own version. At some point I figured out how to provide plain text boxes and use rules to fill the appropriate repeating field (Add List Item -> Batch -> Method -> Field) with the correct data. This gave me more flexibility in the layout of my form. I was just recently asked to add an additional field (Requestor) to the form. I added it to the Sharepoint List, updated the XML file, updated the data connections that point to the List, XML File, and Web Service, and I cannot figure out what I did to get the rules to work the way they are. I have provided screen shots below. I am hoping someone can help me remember what I did to achieve this. Notice in the rules pic that the field value contains a number value after it (i.e. Field[1]). If I could add this additional rule and it append a [8] to it, I believe it will work. Thanks in advance!

I believe you just need to set the filter for the 'set a field' for the _Requestor line
