Everytime I try to start this, it fails. I get qdabrarulesinjector has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I do not have admin rights. What should I do?

The injector needs to be Run As Admin.
Usually the installer sets this up, but in your case (not being an admin) I'm not sure if the installer was able to.
Did someone else install the software (since you're not an admin)?
