Room booking form - best way to filter drop down list

    Hello

I'm fairly new to InfoPath but really want to learn some useful techniques. I'm currently designing a room booking form for a conference venue, that I need to work with filters. For example, the user can choose a number of room options:

    Conference Suite
    Syndicate Suite
    Conference 1
    Conference 2
    Syndicate 1
    Syndicate 2
    Exhibition Area

If the user chooses, conference suite as an option, then the next room they want can't be either Conference 1 or Conference 2 (as these make up the conference suite), the same with the Syndicate options.

I've tired a few different ways, even linking to a list in SharePoint, but I'm obviously doing things wrong as I can't seem to get all the options to appears

I would very much appreciate some advice.

     Thanks

Hi - I'm fairly new to designing InfoPath forms, too, but wonder if a cascading list would be an option. See Greg's blog: Create a Repeating Cascading List from a Flat Data Source
