Reply Contact Hi Jim, Yes, the DBXL app pool account is a member of WSS_WPG. It is also installed on the same server (and same sharepoint site). It is MOSS 2007 i'm using by the way. Add the DBXL account to the WSS_Admin_WPG group. And if the error still occurs, make sure the account has permission to access the SharePoint SQL content database.
