 Hi I cant seem to preview my form, it says form template not valid and when I click show more it says "The form definition (.xsf) file contains an error in the xsf:view element for the following view: COMPETENCIES’ APPRAISAL, Catastrophic failure" which is not very helpful!

does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

 Yuck. So, if you save your form as source files (from the publish menu) you could examine the manifest.xsf file in a text editor. Look for the xsf:view element for the Competencies' Appraisal view and see if you can find something that looks out of place. Another option would be to save a copy of the form, and start removing stuff from the view, testing by previewing, and see if you can track down the issue that way.
