Conditional formatting based on dropdown selection of a repeating table[resolved]

Issues is a bit wordy, but I am looking for assistance in hiding sections based on dropdown choice of a repeating table. For example repeating table for "device repair". There is a Dropdown for device type with option "phone" and "pc". I have a section below for "expanded phone details" and a section for "expanded pc details". User can add rows to add more devices. The logic I am trying to achieve:

If no occurrence of device type = phone, hide "expanded phone" section
If no occurence of device type = pc, hide "expanded" pc section

The idea being to only show the expanded sections when necessary

     Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    cld

To simply. If someone knows of a way to specify "if no occurence of a field equals" on a condition, then that would work. I don't understand why they would include "any occurence of a field" without its opposite.

Wouldn't this just be if all occurrences in the first drop down, then do not equal in the second drop down? All occurrences do not equal x?

......wow. Yep. Talk about an epiphany..

My thought process for "All occurences" was completely messed up.

    You are awesome.
