Ok, so here is what I have. SharePoint 2007 with InfoPath 2010. We have a form to request IT help, normally you fill out the form with InfoPath and click the "submit" button, it then shows up in the form library and an email is sent out. The email normally shows the service request details, but now its show "Status: Pending Approval".
Strangely I cannot find any workflows tied to this form. I don't see any form options that would change this, and I have no idea where else to look.
Any suggestions?
