Email Submittal - via field lookup

In my form I have a drop down box that selects a name of a building. When generating the email address I want it to use to submit the form I want it based on the building selected in the drop-down box. I have a listing of the emails in relation to the branch built in the access database the data is stored in.

     So Question:

     Form Selection is "Building B"

How do I get the email to populate in the To: category (via a lookup for lack of a better term) with the correct email address from the table in the access database without having that field in the form?

    Building B = [email protected]

    Thank You!

    Hi tmurphy686,

I'm not quite sure yet how you want your form configured. When you say "without having that field in the form?", do you mean that you do not want it displayed on the canvas such as a hidden field?, or you do not want the field on the main data source? If so then you could use a data connection which receives data from an XML document. Form there, you could have a field which will contain the To value for the email submit. Or why not use the drop-down field's value instead? If this approach doesn't work for you, kindly attach a sample of you form so I may have a better idea of what you are trying to achieve.
