How to get a button to add a row to a repeating table as read only

Hello;

I'm essentially trying to use a repeating table as a comment log which includes the following fields. I'm trying to figure out the code to so I can click a button which will result in the row being added to the table with all items as read only. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Repeating Table Name: Comment Log (group6-43)

Date & Time Field: DateandTime
User Name Field: UserName
Comment Field: Comment
