Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me tips. I'm a MOSS 2007 Admin who's about to migrate to SharePoint 2010. We have a lot of InfoPath forms on our current deployment and I'm testing the functionality of SharePoint 2010 with InfoPath 2010 web forms. Here's my scenario:
1) Anonymous Access is turned on in CA.
2) Created a form library in one of my sites that also has anonymous access with Add capability turned on.
3) I created a browser-enabled infopath 2010 form and am connected via SOAP web service to grab user values from Active Directory. The form is submitted to an email address with the form data embedded in it. The form works fine when I'm logged in to our portal.
4) However, I would also like to allow anonymous users to be able to submit the same form. This works in SharePoint 2007 but in 2010, I get the following warning when I open the form:
An error occurred querying a data source.
Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.
An error occurred while trying to connect to a Web service.
Correlation ID:41afa1a9-bc98-4cfa-9d7e-154343664ebe
When I click OK it allows me to submit anonymously anyway but is there a way that I could hide this warning, or bypass the data connection if a user is not logged in to my SharePoint portal?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much!
