I'm having a problem in creating a questionnaire process that I need others in the business to fill in on a regular basis.
The creation process should be that someone can create a questionnaire using an InfoPath form (repeating table to add question and give it certain meta data; Filename, Subject etc...) or edit an existing questionnaire where the users can add additional or take away questions. This might also need to create a question matrix list where every single question is held.
I would like to create 1 .xsn file that the questions are generated by a drop down list of filename. The user then answers a simple check box and then submits to a form library AND a list where each line is each question. I need the list so I can complete trend analysis on which answers are checked etc...
I'm guessing I need the following:

A form library where the question editor uploads new/edits existing forms

A list question matrix with all questions from every questionnaire (needed?)

A form library where submitted questionnaires are held
-
A list where every single question from every single questionnaire that has been completed is held
Is there any documentation anywhere detailing this? I could really use some help...
