We have developped an InfoPath Form on a SharePoint 2010 list
It worked fine in IE integrated mode
It doesn't work now but we didn't change it
This is the error :

When I try to change the InfoPath parameters in SP, I have the same issue
The dll exists on the serveur and ISAPI rights sounds good
