I am creating automaticlly new blank form with sharepoint 2007 workflow, based on sharepoint 2007 lists column.

When I open the form for edit, I want to display the name of the form file.

How can I do it?

You'll have to write code or use qRules to do this. qRules has a GetFileName command that allows you to get the file name with a rule. You can download a free trial here: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules_new.aspx
