populate Nested Repeating tables with xmlwriter

I am having a problem with using the XmlWriter to add parent and child rows to nested repeating tables programmatically. When using the form, I can click on the parent table's "insert" link and it inserts a new parent row with 1 child nested row inside as it should. However, when I try and programmatically create the row using xmlwriter to appendchild() to the parent group, it successfully creates and writes the parent row, but does not create the new blank child group nested row inside. Thus, when my xmlwriter goes to write to the child row, it gives me a null reference error because the child record was never inserted. I am following the example here, but getting the result as mentioned above.http://stevemannspath.blogspot.com/2010/09/infopath-20072010-populate-repeating.html?m=1 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Qdabra's qRules will support inserting items and you don't have to write code or bother trying to figure out someone else's blog post.  There's a free trial available here: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules_new.aspx and the Insert command is simple to set up - just look a the command overview for examples.

Or, you could contact Steve Mann and ask him for some help. Sorry, but we can't support every blog on the Web. If it's a question about a blog here, we will definitely support you. :)
