Hello All,

I have created a Form for a SharePoint  list that currently have three different and unique views. The Form also pulls data from two different SharePoint List as Data sources. On View 1 I have rules that pull data based on when a selection is made. (When a Field changes the others auto-fill, pulling data from one of the data sources.) now the issue is that when I switch views I would like to do the same but from a different data source. I create the same set of rules but the rule I created for View 1 carries over to View 2. Does anyone know how to apply unique rules to multiple views?

 Hi,

The rules do not apply to the View but to the Fields in the view. If you have the same field in 2 views, then the rules apply to both the fields. Now its up to you to duplicate the field or modify your form. This is my opinion.

I wonder, why no experts reply to questions on InfoPath Dev forum even though there are many here.
