Problem with promoted fieds containg hours or default value coming from webservice

I have developed my browser form with Designer 2010 but selecting the compatibility mode as Web Browser (Infopath 2007). That form was published on a Form Library on Sharepoint 2007. Now I have converted the form, opening it with Designer 2013 and changing compatibility to Web Browser. Then I have published it on a Form Library on Sharepoint 2013, because we are migrating to that platform. I didn't change anything in the logic of the form during the conversion. I have two problems with the form on Sharepoint 2013: 1) The form has two fields containg hours, that are promoted during the publishing. In Sharepoint 2007, filling and saving the form, the two fields are correctly written on the list, with the selected values. In Sharepoint 2013, the fields are non written at all in the list, even if they are promoted as well. Why??? 2) I have a promoted field that has, as default value, the result from a query to a WebServices with a connection data. In Sharepoint 2007, the value is written during the saving of the form. In Sharepoint 2013, the value is not written. I debug the webService and the value is present. It seems that Infopath is unable to set the default value to the field when the query is coming back. To partially resolve the problem, I removed the default value and added a rule after the execute of the query to assign the returning value to the promoted field. In this way it is written correctly in the list. But I would like to know if there are same known problems about this. Please help me with the first problem because I have still not found any solution. Thanks a lot!!!
