Hi, I'm new to infopath and sharepoint so I'm hoping you can help me. i'm creating a survey form with multiple questions answerable by Yes, No and N/A. is there a way to use the same field instead of creating similar fields for each question? hope I'm making sense :)

Your Question and Answer fields could be in a repeating group. Under Data > Defaults, you can add as many instances of the group as you need. I'm attaching a sample. Save it locally, right click and select design - from there you can preview.
