aligning text boxes if publishing to email

I am in the process of creating a series of forms.  I was struggling with aligning the various text boxes (some of which are dates, text, rich text, etc).  On each line I put a header (like date) and then to the right the text box.  I want all these text boxes to be lined up with each other, but haven't had luck.  So I set up a custom table and put all of the headers and text boxes in the table.  While that looked nice, I can't publish it to a list of email recipients - the error says it is restricted because rich text box contains linked images.  I had 2 text boxes that were specifically defined as rich text boxes so I deleted those.  But I am still getting the error message - so it must be referring to the table.  How can I align all my text boxes going down the page, but still publish to email recipients.

Hi -- created a little test form with text boxes in a table and it published to email without error. Can you attach your form template so we can see it? Just attach it under the Options tab in a reply....

i think when u say you deleted those, did you delete them from the form or from datasources also. you have to remove them from datasource also

Thank you for looking at this.  I've attached the form.

There are still two rich text controls on your form -- next to Project and next to Project Leader. When I remove those, I can publish to email....

I had removed both and it didn't seem to fix the problem.  But I will try again!  Thanks again for working on this.

Here's the template I was messing with, just in case you have trouble. When I try to publish it, I don't get the warning.

Re: aligning text boxes if publishing to email

I have been facing a similar problem, when i publish infopath for email it says Rich Textboxes containing linked images wven when there is not a single Rich Texbox in my file. I had initially used it at 2 instances but changed it to normal textbox and now in the index window on the right all my fields are showing as sting. I am not sure if i can share the file in an open forum so based on your experience can you suggest if there is some setting that i need to alter to publish it successfully in mail? Any help will be appreciated. TIA
